What's everyone doing this weekend?? I'll be working Saturday morning! I'm not thrilled, but it's all good. It comes with the biz. Making the best of it! At least I won't be coming home to snoozerville after work... I got plans! My gf Deonna and I will be hangin' with Mr. Cooper. Mark Curry is in town for a show @ The Arlington Cinema and Draft House. He's probably best known for starring in the 90s sitcom, "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper." But, there's no doubt he dipped into other things, including appearances in "Fat Actress," "The Drew Carey Show," and "Showtime at the Apollo." LOVED "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" tho ... that was def one of my shows. Hey Coach Cooper! I also loved Full House, Saved by the Bell, 90210, Family Matters... you guys get the point. If you wanna take it waaaay back... I adored I love Lucy!! They used to air back to back episodes starting at 9 a.m. Saturdays (black & white version) and then Nick @ Nite got fancy on me and started doing the colored version... the later years. Good shows. Now, it's just all reality TV... but I def don't mind it. I love to watch/observe people, remember??
Anyway, Mark Curry is hilarious! He's also super tall. He was sitting down when I came into the greenroom... and as we started chatting he stood up...I had to take a step back as my head tilted upward. I almost broke my neck! I'm like 5'2 without heels. Good thing I had my 3 inchers on today or I would have been short! HAHA, get it??
