Bogey time!

How many of you actually worked today?! SLACKERS! Just kidding. Good for you! I def put in my hours and boy was it tough! Felt sluggish and just couldn't wait to kick off my holiday weekend! As soon as I left work... your girl made plans to hit the golf course. :0)

So we get there and a random guy asks if he can jump on with us. He was like "do you guys mind?" And my response was "no, the question is do YOU mind??" I mean, I gotta keep it real... I'm not the best player in the world so had to make sure he knew what he was getting himself into. He was totally cool with it. Hey, Mike from Old Town, if you're reading this ... come out and play with us again!

Overall, it was a good day on the course...although I did lose a couple of my purr-ty PINK balls. Darn!! I like my pink balls because it's like an easter egg hunt when I go lookin' and it makes golf even more entertaining!

It always stinks to lose out on a few balls, but I got over that real quick because somehow I managed to get a bogey (woo hoo!) I was super happy.

My putting game was decent. I've been practicing at home and it def helped. But I think I let the pressure get to me sometimes. I hate how everyone has to stand around and STARE at you. Do you guys ever get nervous?? We all know I love to stare AT people but not sure I like them doing it back?? Eh, life isn't always fair.

Before I leave you guys... gotta tell you... pulling that cart around in the heat is NOT fun and hardwork friends!! I SO needed a caddie today. Always get a cart you can drive.


I'm off to bed now! Gotta get up early for Kings Dominion.
